Perspective Counseling Services

Life is often full of twists and turns. Many people struggle with what life can bring and the negative emotional and behavioral responses that follow. My goals and passion are to bring healing to those struggling with stressful experiences. My focus is healing the whole person. I help my clients find their path and create intention and passion in their lives. I have over twenty years of experience helping clients with addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD and internal conflicts. I know that treatment must be individualized to treat specific needs. I enjoy attending conferences and always expanding my knowledge and skills. Best ethical practices are a crucial part of the practice. I believe in collaboration with other specialists and physicians to treat individuals. This may include medication, nutrition and or occupational therapists to assist in the client’s care. My practice includes a variety of clinicians to best suit individual needs. We also have a massage therapist in the suite that specializes in trauma work and a variety of message therapy techniques.
